About Us
Koontz Rentals was founded in 2009 by Kerry and Aubrie Koontz. It was at this time that they purchased Koontz Woods Apartments from family members David and Cindy Koontz. David and Cindy began principal construction for their apartments in 1979, and by 1980 Koontz Woods Apartments was offering units for lease. To this day Koontz Woods Apartments continue to offer a unique living experience for those seeking higher end accommodations tucked away among a quiet, scenic, rural setting.
